According to High Times, an international shortage of pre-rolled cones due to supply chain issues could be coming to the industry. Several rolling paper manufacturers and their supply chain managers have expressed concern over a severe backlog in production and order fulfillment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mixed with global shipping delays and a rapid increase in demand for pre-rolled cones, this could result in a global shortage very soon.
