  • How do I submit orders?
    • You can submit orders in 2 ways: 
      • Through our website by logging into your account. Wholesale accounts should log in here and Distributor accounts should log in here. 
      • You can also submit an order with your Account Manager. 
  • Where do I enter a promo code? (SS)
    • Promotional codes must be entered in the cart BEFORE proceeding to check out. You will not be able to add it during the check-out process. 
  • How will I know if my order is successfully submitted?
    • We will send you a confirmation email. 
  • When am I charged for an order? 
    • Customers with terms will pay on their agreed schedule. Draft orders and estimates are charged when processed. 
  • How long does order processing take?
    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. 
  • How can I see my order once submitted?
    • In your account.
