Keep the cone-filling process going constantly by using a Futurola Dutch Crown Device with the Knockbox Pro Series! Once the 100 king size cones have been filled and extracted from the filling machine, use the Dutch Crown Device to tamp down the remaining cone paper at the tip. This includes a plate that lines up perfectly with all 100 cones in the tray or Unload Station. Lightly place the Dutch Crown Device on top of the exposed cone ends, and each cone will have a Dutch Crown folded top, which is essentially a closed, flat end. Save plenty of time at the very end of the process, this is more than 10x faster than closing cones off by hand!
