What is the Ooze Onyx Atomizer?
The Onyx Atomizer is the C-Core element used in Ooze’s C-Core concentrate devices. It is a deep atomizer bucket with an Azul ceramic heating core in the bottom. This is the flat blue dish in the bottom of the bucket. The ceramic uses Ooze’s patented micro pattern for expert vaporizing. It acts like a micro sponge for extracts, providing millions of tiny pathways for it to spread out evenly and vaporize efficiently.
The Onyx Atomizer creates a full dabbing experience without the need to ever pick up a butane torch. Dabs can seem daunting for new users because using a torch can be a little overwhelming if you’ve never done it yourself. A sub-ohm vape is a vaporizer with a coil resistance of less than one ohm. The low resistance makes the atomizer heat up faster, producing more flavor with stronger flavors. What is the Nano-Glazed C-Core?
The Ooze Nano-Glazed C-Core is the magnetic heating pod used in the dry herb vaporizer, the Verge. This C-Core uses a special ceramic formula for radiating heat. When it heats up, the ceramic forms a heat chain that retains a much more even heat surface than normal ceramic. Normal ceramic has an irregular structure that creates uneven pockets of heat, leading to wasted product. So even when a competitor boasts that their device uses ceramic materials, you can be sure they aren’t using the advanced C-Core ceramic!
The Verge is even more advanced than its competition because it uses three different heating methods to penetrate deep inside the heating pod, not just around the sides. Most standard dry herb vapes use conduction and convection heating to heat around the sides of the chamber and to heat the air inside. The Verge does this as well, but it also utilizes far infrared energy to really get to the center of the pod.
The far infrared heat breaks down water content in the flower, creating a smoother, more robust vapor than the standard dry herb vape. Once the session completes, only dried matter remains in the pod, which can easily be dumped out for simple cleaning.
